Customer wanted to gain competitive advantage and market differentiation by offering an environmentally friendly alternative non-degradable mesh shower “puffs” free of phthalates, heavy-metals and BPA. The product is manufactured from a 3.5 mm extruded mesh using a 100% compostable resin (Minima 9001F).
Minima helped the customer develop the product concept, and helped engineer a unique extrusion manufacturing process.
