A manufacturer of home and garden products wanted a high-quality container for flowers and live plants that demonstrates their strong brand commitment to the environment. The materials must be safe for plants: free of heavy metals, BPA or phthalates and also biodegrade safely and completely in soil or compost.

Minima worked with the customer to develop a unique product design and a GP300 biodegradable resin that would works well in the large-volume, thick cross-section injection molded part.
